Qualifications or Specialized Knowledge/experiences required:
The proposed consultant(s) should have the following competence.
Advanced University Degree in public health, development studies, or other related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in public health and/or immigration and border management.
At least 5 years of professional experience in the health management and care of vulnerable groups.
Sound knowledge of international and national standards on COVID-19 health protocols.
Experience in providing training on COVID-19 and other public health policies.
Experience in working with relevant governmental and non-governmental institutions.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
Strong research and excellent writing skills in English.
High proficiency in the use of Word and Excel applications.
Excellent organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate and work with diverse people.
Language: Fluency in English, both oral and written. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
