Under the supervision of the Executive Director, The Human Resources and General Affairs Manager strategize and coordinate HR activities to match with the organization objectives and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
A. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
● Minimum bachelor degree with Administration, Management, Psychology, Social Sciences
or other related departments
● More than 5 year experience in similar position
● Knowledge and understanding of labor law and regulations in Indonesia
● Experience in working with talent acquisition and management
● Interest and passion in knowledge sharing, learning, organization development, will be a big plus
