SUMMARY OF ROLE: Under supervision of Program Director and Line supervising Program Officers, the Program Manager is responsible for managing program Pencerah Nusantara from the planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring to the completion.

QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Master Degree or equivalent in Public Health, Development Studies or other related fields
discipline or bachelor degree in health related with robust experiences and position.
• A minimum of four (4) years professional experience in program or project management support in
public health or development work
• A fast learner and passionate health enthusiast
• Hands-on experiences in:
o Creating detailed work project management or implementation plans;
o Managing work flow of large projects;
o Drafting technical terms of reference;
o Designing and overseeing direct technical or financial (grant) assistance;
o Donor projects, developing proposals, corresponding budgets, and monitoring and evaluation plans
