SUMMARY OF ROLE:
Under the supervision of the Project Lead, the Technical
Assistant will assist the activities of the Kawal Puskesmas Project, including
development and finalisation of the assessment planning
implementation of Kawal Puskesmas assessment
data analysis
preparation and finalisation of report and advocacy materials.

QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Qualifications
● A Bachelor’s degree in public health, social studies, or health-related science;
● Minimum 2 years of survey or research experiences, preferably health community
survey;
● Have experiences in working with field supervisor and enumerator from the
previous survey;
● Have experiences in working with the community at the grassroot level;
● Immediate knowledge and skill in quantitative and qualitative research methods;
● Great competence of academic writing both in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
● Have skill in using statistical software, preferably STATA.
