[Inspirasi foundation] : ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

INSPIRASI Foundation is looking for highly organized individual who has a keen eye for administration excellence. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for ensuring key support functions are performed diligently and help the team with logistics to ensure they can focus on delivering a high-quality program. This position for a full-time staff starting from December 2021 to December 2022. The Administrative officer will report to the Operation Manager.


Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate payment and maintain records of project and office-related expenses at INSPIRAS’s Project area.

  • Support the development of periodical finance reports, quarterly, semester and annually.

  • Support event management, including project-related or public engagement events, such as finding venues, and making arrangements for food, transportation of school leaders, materials and technical support.

  • Keep track of and process employee administration records.

  • Support office management, including maintaining office space, inventory and rent/utilities payment at INSPIRASI’s project area.


Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma required

  • 1-2 years of work experience in administration or operation is preferred, especially if related to the education sector, though fresh-graduate is welcomed to apply

  • Native in Bahasa Indonesia and English literate

Work Location and Remuneration

During the program designing/preparation stage in the first few months, the Officer will be working from home with the ability to travel to Jakarta as required. However, the Officer will be based in the project implementation location during the implementation stage. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and competitive with the non-profit education sector in Indonesia.
