Overview


Jhpiego seeks for Project Coordinator to support the USAID MOMENTUM project in Jakarta. The post holder will assist Sr. Program Manager with the coordination of resources, project activities and data/information collection.

Reports to: Senior Program Manager

Location: Jakarta


Responsibilities

  • Support Sr.Program Manager to translate the workplan into the detail activities

  • Provide administrative support to Sr.Program Manager to make sure that the project activities are carried out according to workplan based on monthly activity calendar

  • Support Sr.Program Manager to coordinate the project activities in province and district intervention.

  • Assist project team and relevant partners with documentation, filing records, and distributing Materials

  • Assist Sr.Program Manager with collecting and compiling report inputs from District Coordinators

  • Provide event planning support, including sourcing venues and managing logistics, for project events such as meetings, workshops, and trainings

  • Provide administrative support before and during meetings including preparing and sharing agendas, taking notes, and circulating notes

  • Work closely with Sr.Program Manager and Finance staff to develop activity budget, process and reconcile invoices, and maintain payment documentation records

  • Keep track of project inventory

  • Work closely with Administrative Assistant to handle program procurements and other needs

  • Deliver any other task as assigned by supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years relevant work experience

  • Understanding of public health, social and development approaches is preferred

  • Strong ability to work and communicate within a team

  • Experience handling project finances preferred

  • Computer skills, including demonstrated competency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and to exercise independent judgment

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and professionalism

  • Ability to work under pressure and balance workloads among competing priorities and a tight Schedule

  • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written Indonesian language; English language proficiency preferred

  • Preferable having residential in our project locations
