Background
Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is an international medical and humanitarian, non-profit organization acting in accordance with the principles of humanitarian assistance, impartiality, neutrality, medical ethics and medical confidentiality, independent from any political, religious, military or economic authority.

Main Purpose
Implement Training activities primarily aimed at supporting MOH staff, community health workers and other stakeholders in raising the knowledge and skills on relevant medical topics of beneficiaries of the MSF Indonesia Adolescent Health Project.
Accountabilities
Participate in the development/adaptation of Adolescent Health activities in DKI Jakarta such as but not limited to Posyandu Remaja, UKS and Poskestren
Identify, build and maintain relationship and engagement with adolescents and adolescent groups in the target area
Participate in the design and creation of tools and materials for Training on relevant topics that are culturally appropriate.
Organize, mobilize and facilitate training, health education sessions, workshops, community consultation or other events involving the other relevant partners such as local government authorities, other organizations or communities with the aim of collaborative partnerships as much as possible. Facilitates establishment of referral network/cooperation from existing health services in the puskesmas to the community,
Ensure meaningful participation of adolescents in planning and implementation of HP activities through consultation, discussion and other methods to involve the adolescents
Coordinates with the Medical Activity Manager of Banten Project to ensure consistency of strategy and messages across the two locations especially related to the Digital Health Promotion (DHP) and Jamboree Remaja activities that target both locations and the rest of the country.
Collect all type of information related to his/her activities, including information on the community, and organizes the data together with the supervisor and the medical data analyst. Creates relevant reports on the activities according to the information and data collected.
Actively seek to use and/or build on existing knowledge base, experience and already developed material in MSF, nationally and internationally
Collaborates with the rest of the medical team and the support departments (Finance, HR/Admin, Log/Supply and Comms); to guarantee the proper implementation and support of HP and other medical activities.
Ensures all activities conducted are in line with MSF values, principles and operational framework.
Participates in an emergency assessment/response in the event that MSF Indonesia decides on an intervention together with the MOH Crisis Centre (PKK).
Perform any other relevant activities/tasks that the supervisor requests
Requirements
Education
Essential recognized nurse degree/diploma
Desirable Bachelor in Science of Nursing
Desirable experience in Public Health
Experience
Desirable 4 years of previous experience in similar field
Desirable previous experience in other NGO’s
Demonstrable experience in training and creating modules
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Computer Literacy (MS Office)
Excellent communication skills, good critical thinking and creativity
