Help businesses by developing, facilitating, and supervising training programs for employees, members/ collectors, and Partner Branches

Assess the needs of a business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of employees, members/ collectors, nor Partner Branches

Work closely with the Training Manager and get support from Area Management Team and Community Development Team

Qualification

• 1-2 years of experience training and development management, interaction, and in-depth appreciation of communities (essential)

• Able and willing to approach different kinds of communities

• Passionate in creating and writing proposals, modules, or curriculum

• Fluent in English

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Familiar with traditional and modern training processes

• Strategic and creative mindset

• Passionate about plastic issues or other environmental issues

• Experience in relating with fellow stakeholders in the government and private sectors is preferred

• Experience with facilitation, training, and module creation is preferred

• Experience in Social Enterprise Development and Management is preferred

Requirements
