In addition to the parties working directly for the organization, Save the Children Indonesia, thus, may also accommodate necessary slots for those young and ambitious people who wish to gain their experiences by working as a Daily Worker at Save the Children Indonesia.
Required Background, Experience, Skills and Behaviours
Diploma 3 or Final year university student or fresh graduate who seek and gain work experience
High interest and ambition in the Non-Government Organization or Development sector
Capacity in word, excel, power point and other Microsoft packages
English proficiency in writing, listening and speaking are desirable
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as a team member
Self-motivated and highly flexible individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities
Neat and tidy on administration tasks
High willingness to learn in a dynamic working environment
Objective
To assist the team in a unit or department especially in administrative support
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor
Please be informed that the needs for Daily Worker itself, came from various departments, such as Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Fundraising, Media & Communication, Program Implementation, Advocacy, Program Development Quality, etc. Therefore, Save the Children Indonesia will define and propose any assignments considering organization’s needs and participant’s interest.
