TEAM/PROGRAMME: FUNDRAISING, MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
CHILD SAFEGUARDING: Level 3 - the role holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work in country programs; or are visiting country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff.
ROLE PURPOSE:
This role plays a vital role in the Digital Marketing team with purpose to lead and champion digital campaigns across all most common channels. Responsible for running Digital marketing ads and its campaign strategy to enable digital fundraising team to achieve fundraising income objective from public.
SCOPE OF ROLE:
Reports to: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Dimension: Works directly with other Digital Marketing teams, Market Place staff, Webmaster and Analytic staff.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Fundraising and Marketing Role
Formulate, execute, and optimize digital fundraising ads and campaign on the following platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads; not limited to test new channel in performance marketing strategy.
Optimize ongoing digital marketing campaigns to deliver the best result to achieve agreed fundraising income and ads budget optimization.
Acquire, maintain, analyse, and evaluate fundraising digital marketing campaign that been set up, this also to provide recommendations to achieve the target.
Identify new trends in Digital Marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure our campaign are the forefront of digital fundraising sector developments
Observe and report performance digital fundraising campaign on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Work closely with content and creative team to produce material for digital ads campaign, also with database team and webmaster team to ensure our digital campaign working based on data result.
Work collaboratively with the other unit in Fundraising and other department to ensure our campaign are inline with organization mission and purpose.
Perform other duties as directed by the line manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
Minimum
At least 1 year of experience handling digital ads and other related performance marketing tasks in profit or non profit sector
Proven successful experience working in ads optimization in Facebook ads, Google ads, Facebook CPAS paid ads channel.
Knowledgeable on database and analytics platforms.
Data driven with strong analytical capabilities: Able to conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign performance and derive conclusions to improve the campaign performance.
Balance between creative and analytical type person.
Excellent oral & written communication skills both in Bahasa and English.
Excellent in spreadsheet and slides.
Positive vibes, perseverance, details, and outgoing.
Staying on top of digital marketing trends and the latest marketing advancements
Willingness and ability to dramatically change work practices and hours, and work with incoming surge teams, in the event of emergencies
Understanding of Save the Children vision and mission and a commitment to its objectives, values and essential standards
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
