Scope of Work:


Stop TB Partnership Indonesia (STPI)

STPI provides a multi-stakeholder partnership forum that supports efforts to fight against tuberculosis (TB) since 2013. The forum consists of 75 national and international partners that collaborate to end TB in Indonesia. In 2018, STPI transformed into a foundation that operates under the strategic direction of a wide range of expertise, such as the Board of Trustees and Advisory Board, representing public health practitioners, academia, development partners, as well as public and private sector.


As a foundation, STPI continues to strengthen multi-stakeholder collaboration to end TB as means to achieve the Health Sustainable Development Goals in 2030. The organization’s vision is to attain a TB-free Indonesia through strong partnerships through three strategic roles: 1) Policy advocacy, 2) Increase public awareness, and 3) Resource and support mobilization. STPI’s efforts to contribute in the fight against TB is based on the ‘Partnership Actions to Stop TB’ (PAST) approach which involves the government, private sector, and communities.


Stop TB Partnership Indonesia is looking for full-time personnel for period of January-December 2022 who can contribute in the Partnership and Development division of Stop TB Partnership Indonesia (STPI) to coordinate efforts in mobilizing support, resources, and initiatives from various stakeholders.


Qualifications:


Educational Background


  • Bachelor/Masters in Public Health or other relevant studies in Social Sciences (Sociology, Psychology, Communications)

Work Experience


  • At least 5 years of work experience including in civil society organizations/non-profit organizations with a focus in Public Health;

  • Demonstrate understanding of fundraising activities and platforms;

  • Demonstrate understanding of SDGs and tuberculosis program in Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and at the global level;

  • Demonstrate basic budgetary skills and able to work within limited resources;

  • Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility for health interventions;

  • Adequate experience and involvement in monitoring and evaluation of organizational activities;

  • Experience of developing and managing relationships or partnerships with development agencies, private sector organizations, non-governmental organizations, and communities including high-level stakeholders;

  • Experience in developing and managing proposal to donors;

  • Experience in working or collaborating with multilateral and bilateral donors in Health sector;

  • Ability to analyse, evaluate, and present clearly information from various resources to internal and external stakeholders;

  • Ability to communicate strategically in writing and verbally in Bahasa Indonesia and English;

  • Ability to work as a part of a team and take initiative to achieve assigned team objective.

Roles and Responsibilities


A. Management

  • Supporting the Partnership & Development Manager in establishing, maintaining and strengthening relations with key funding partners, board members, and other external stakeholders

  • Contributing in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of the Partnership & Development strategy as part of the organization’s strategic plan as well as reporting to supervisor

  • Coordinating with other divisions in the organization around partnership relationships and development activities

  • Responsible in supporting, giving oversight and feedback to the Partnership & Development officer in contributing to the team’s goal

B. Development

  • Coordinating the identification and liaison with prospects for partnerships and funding opportunities aligned with the organization’s programmes and values as well as subsequent relationships development

  • Coordinating within the organization and external stakeholders to implement fundraising campaigns and event sponsorship campaigns

  • Contributing to the team in undertaking activities and coordination across the organization to complete high quality and competitive project designs and proposals aligned with organization’s mission, vision, and values

C. Partnership

  • Coordinating efforts to implement cultivation activities for partnerships and high-level events with national and international stakeholders

  • Coordinating efforts to implement the organization’s public relations strategy and activities with relevant stakeholders

  • Managing implementation activities in establishing, maintaining and strengthening relations with members of the national TB partnership forum, government, and civil societies
