Yayasan Gugah Nurani Indonesia provides child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief programs in 15 CDPs (Community Development Project) and serving 10,824 children. Key Responsibilities :
Check & Review Terms of References (ToR)/ Business Proposal
Review and compile IHQ Monthly Operational Report
Review submitted Activity Report
Check and review Emergency Relief (ER) Conditional Report and ER Report
Compile results of Annual Data Collection/Annual Review
Compile CDC and volunteer involvement in order to gather data for ensuring their participation in our activities
Control and Monitor Activity Monitoring Form
Develop project manual/SOP/forms
Check & Review content of Agreement Letter between HO-CDP, CDP – CDC (Cooperative), CDC (Cooperative) – IGG
Control & Monitor CDP activities based on: POA , Timeline DAS & DIP
Develop standard of report checking (Activity report/MOR)
Qualifications :
Have at least bachelor’s degree/S1, preferably in Public Health, Child and Family Studies, Development Psychology, or other relevant field
Have at least 2 years of work experience in NGO and relevant area
Have at least 3 years of work experience in community development sector.
Good understanding about child protection and child right
Have computer skills (MS word, MS Power point, MS excel)
Able to communicate in English
