Yayasan Indonesia Cerah (“CERAH”) is a non-profit organisation established on 11 October 2018. The organisation focuses on the issues of clean energy and the environment. CERAH promotes the narrative of shifting Indonesia’s policy in energy transition as a leader in providing strategic communication to amplify key messages in the narrative of clean energy and its transition in Indonesia, cultivating and enhancing stakeholder engagement and providing recommendations to policymakers.
CERAH has been collaborating with multiple stakeholders and prominent figures, the media, and civil society organisations to educate and raise awareness highlighting issues such as good governance and corruption, air pollution and the health impact of energy choices and renewable energy future and how that affects lifestyle and jobs.
To assist the ever-growing team, CERAH is looking for Data Collection Specialist to assist our Digital Team, work of the employee will include:
1. Ability to retrieve a set of data collection from multiple data sources with (social
media campaign, google analytics) including media/social media monitoring tools.
2. Generating reports, simplifying, and presenting using data visualisation applications
(dashboard) for social media campaigns, google analytics (web monitoring report),
regular media/social media monitoring, and other dashboards as needed while
simultaneously able to identify specific patterns and trends.
3. Collaborating with the Social Media Strategist in providing a high quality of
quantitative and qualitative analysis on the performance of all social media platforms
including engagement, reach, and content.
4. Assist with the development of the organisation’s data strategy.
Requirements:
1. A degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or Statistics Mathematical, or in a technical field is preferred.
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience handling a database with large datasets.
3. Advanced computer skills, MS Excel (ability to write macros and pivot tables), and knowledge of additional databases such as SQL Server and MySQL are preferable.
4. Advanced knowledge of Access to undertake to query, creation of tables, and
formulas.
5. Writing and data visualization skills are required.
6. Professional communication skills required.
7. Programming skills (preferably Python and/or SQL) are an advantage.
Duration and Fee:
The position is for the duration of eleven (11) months, Feb - Dec 2022. The fee will be based on qualification, competency, and salary history. We will cover BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and Personal Income Tax.
