Responsibilities:
1. Develop and improve policy, procedure and tools on Human Capital in accordance with organization’s need and relevant regulations;
2. Manage talent acquisition, expand recruitment channels, and design strategy to increase organization brand awareness in the talent market;
3. Monitor and ensure the validity of contract management for employees and consultants;
4. Oversee day-to-day implementation of compensation and benefit (payroll, tax, BPJS, and health insurance) as well as deal with its relevant parties (insurance provider, tax office, and BPJS office);
5. Lead efforts to ensure that performance management is implemented appropriately and timely, and follow up with valid contract administration and learning development support;
6. Monitor the critical activities in employee’s lifecycle which includes on-boarding and off-boarding process;
7. Oversee end-to-end of Intern and Volunteer process; starting from recruitment process, contract development, payment, until its exit process;
8. Manage and facilitate employee relations and wellbeing, including conduct disciplinary and grievance handling;
9. Manage Human Capital’s communication and coordination at strategic and day-to-day operation level within internal organization and external stakeholders;
10. Manage Human Capital administration and ensure the documentation of Human Capital.
Requirements:
1. Minimum a Bachelors’ degree in Management, Human Resource, Psychology, Law or other relevant field;
2. Affiliations with relevant professional association or certification in HR Management/Professional are an advantage;
3. Minimum 3 years of working experience at the same level HR position;
4. Successful track record of operating in a similar fast paced and dynamic/changing working environment;
5. Proven ability in handling multiple tasks effectively under heavy time and work pressure, as well as to keep confidentiality of documents/information and maintain its compliance;
6. Demonstrated leadership and track record in developing staff and team members;
7. Proven technical knowledge and skills in HR areas with working knowledge in Indonesia Labour Law;
8. Proven service orientation as well as strong communication skills;
9. Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English;
10. Familiarity working effectively with Microsoft Office and HR application systems.
