Responsibilities:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, all major;
2. Having a minimum 2 years of experience in the field of project management, especially in social intervention program;
3. Ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams;
4. Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English;
5. Able to provide mentoring;
6. Able to build relationships, perform facilitation, and be persuasive;
7. Have good communication skills;
8. Computer skills include: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office 365);
9. Have a good leadership skills and problem solver.
Requirements:
1. Actively coordinate with the partnership team to support project planning and development process;
2. Ensure that the monitoring and evaluating process is carried out for measuring project outcomes;
3. Building relationships between internal departments and external stakeholders within the project scope to support the project strategy;
4. Develop a project work plan, supervise its implementation and ensure quality and compliance with plans with standards organizations and partners;
5. Lead the project team in various project initiatives to maximize impact.
