Responsibilities:
1. Identify market opportunities and develop products in accordance with market needs also show YCAB Foundation differentiation;
2. Source new partners and execute exciting partnership solutions;
3. Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with the organization;
4. Maintain and deepen relationship with existing partners;
5. Coordinate with relevant departments to run programs;
6. Create proposals and reports for partners;
7. Create events to engage partners and raise funds;
8. Develop crowdfunding strategies to create engaging campaigns;
9. Develop business development strategy and business development plans with associated targets.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
2. Having a minimum of 4 years proven working experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships;
3. Excellent copy and content writing design and editing (photo/video/text);
4. Highly goal oriented, high initiative, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver;
5. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
6. Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
7. Fluent in written and verbal English.
